1. Vegan cheese bread frying pan

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tapioca
  • 1/2 cup sweet cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
  • Oregano to taste
  • Garlic powder to taste
  • Turmeric to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 1 cup of water

Directions

  1. In a bowl, place the tapioca, the sweet powder and the nutritional yeast;
  2. Season with oregano, garlic powder, turmeric, black pepper, salt and olive oil and mix well;
  3. Gradually add the water and mix until a liquid and homogeneous mass is obtained;
  4. Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil;
  5. Pour the batter into the pan and cook until golden brown underneath;
  6. Turn the cheese bread with a spatula and brown the other side;
  7. Then, just enjoy!

2. Vegan cheese bread with potato and tapioca

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups hydrated tapioca
  • 1/4 cup manioc starch
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 2 boiled English potatoes, peeled and mashed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the tapioca, cassava starch, salt and yeast;
  2. Include the potato and knead with your hands;
  3. Add olive oil, water little by little and continue kneading;
  4. When the dough is at the point of rolling, without sticking to the hands, it is ready;
  5. Make small balls of dough with your hands and arrange one by one, separately, on a baking-pan greased with olive oil;
  6. Bake in medium oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown and enjoy!

3. Vegan yam cheese bread

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of sour cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons mashed yams
  • 4 teaspoons water
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the sour tapioca powder, turmeric powder, and salt;
  2. Add the yam puree, water, and oil, and mix everything together with the hands until a consistent dough is obtained;
  3. Divide this dough into 8 equal parts and shape into small balls;
  4. Place the cheese bread balls in a pan;
  5. On the stove, place one griddle on top of the other and turn the heat on low;
  6. Cover the pan, place it on top of the grates and cook for 10 minutes;
  7. Turn off the heat and enjoy!

4. Vegan cheese bread with sea salt

Ingredients

  • 600 g boiled potatoes
  • 3 cups sweet cornstarch
  • 1 cup sour tapioc flour
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons sea salt
  • 8 tablespoons sunflower oil

Directions

  1. Mash the unpeeled potatoes with a fork and set aside;
  2. In a bowl, mix the sweet cornstarch, sour cornstarch, and salt;
  3. Add the mashed potatoes, hot water and sunflower oil;
  4. Mix all together with a spoon, and then knead with your hands until a homogeneous dough is obtained;
  5. Make small balls with your hands and arrange separately on a baking sheet;
  6. Bake in preheated oven at 220 degrees for about 40 minutes;
  7. Remove from oven and serve!

5. Vegan cheese bread with potato, sweet and sour polvilho

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup sunflower oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups sweet cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 cups sour tapioc flour
  • 4 cups of cooked, peeled and mashed baroa and asterix potatoes
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon baking powder

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, boil the water, oil and salt;
  2. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together the sweet and sour polvilhos;
  3. When the water boils, pour it into this vessel with the sprinkles, and mix with your hands until it resembles a fluffy flour;
  4. Include the potatoes and knead a little more;
  5. Add the chemical yeast and knead thoroughly with your hands, until it becomes a very smooth dough;
  6. Make small balls of dough with your hands and place them on a baking sheet;
  7. Bake in preheated oven at 180°C until lightly browned on top and enjoy!

6. Vegan cheese bread with vegan parmesan

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweet cornstarch
  • 1 cup sour tapioc flour
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/3 cup hot oil
  • 1 cup vegan parmesan
  • Salt to taste
  • 450 g (16 oz) cooked and mashedaroa potatoes

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix the sweet and sour polvilhos;
  2. Add the hot water and mix, carefully, with your hands;
  3. Add the hot oil and knead a little more;
  4. Include the vegan parmesan, salt, and the baroa potatoes;
  5. Knead everything very well until a homogeneous dough is obtained;
  6. Shape the cheese rolls into small balls with your hands and place on a baking sheet;
  7. Sprinkle vegan parmesan on top;
  8. Bake in oven at high temperature until well browned;
  9. Done! Now just enjoy!

7. Vegan cheese bread fit and functional

Ingredients

  • 500 g (1 lb) cooked and mashedaroa potatoes
  • 150 g olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 500 g sour cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons golden linseed
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

  1. In a bowl, place the baroa potato, the olive oil, the salt, the sprinkles and the flaxseed;
  2. Mix well with your hands and gradually add water until the dough is smooth and homogeneous;
  3. Shape into small balls with hands and place separately on a baking sheet;
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, removing halfway through to flip cheese loaves;
  5. Remove from oven and done!

8. Vegan cheese bread with cassava

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and mashed cassava
  • 1 cup sweet cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, put the cassava, the sweet and sour polvilhos, water, olive oil and salt;
  2. Mix with a spoon, and then knead with hands;
  3. If the dough is sticking to your hands too much, add sweet cornstarch little by little until it reaches the ideal consistency;
  4. Shape cheese bread balls with your hands, arrange on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until it grows a little and is ready!

9. Vegan cheese bread sticks with sweet potato

Ingredients

  • 400 g sweet potato, chopped and peeled
  • 1/2 cup sweet potato cooking water
  • 1 cup sweet cornstarch
  • 1/3 cup of sour tapioca starch
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Oregano to taste

Directions

  1. Cook the sweet potato in boiling water until very soft;
  2. Separate the 1/2 cup of cooking water, drain the remainder, and mash the potatoes with a fork;
  3. Add the cooking water and mix well until mashed;
  4. Add the sweet and sour polvilhos, the salt, the nutritional yeast, the olive oil and mix well;
  5. Pour this batter into a piping bag;
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and make toothpicks of dough, shaping with the pastry bag;
  7. Sprinkle oregano on top and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees and bake for about 40 minutes or until nicely browned on the outside;
  8. Now, just enjoy!

10. Cheese bread with vegan Catupiry

Dough ingredients

  • 2 cups yams (about 5 yams)
  • 1 cup sweet cornstarch
  • 1 cup of sour tapioca starch
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • Sesame seeds to taste
  • Linseed to taste
  • Sunflower seeds to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Salt to taste

Ingredients of Vegan Catupiry

  • 1 part oats
  • 2 parts water
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 dash of olive oil
  • 1/2 cup tapioca
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard to taste
  • Oregano to taste

Directions

  1. For the dough, cook the yam in boiling water, peel and mash it with a fork;
  2. Add the sweet and sour polvilhos, olive oil, water, chemical yeast and mix well;
  3. Add the sesame seeds, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, oregano and salt and stir a little more, until it reaches the rolling point;
  4. Shape small balls with your hands, arrange on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 230 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes;
  5. Meanwhile, for the vegan Catupiry, soak the oats in water for 20 minutes;
  6. Beat the oats with the water and garlic in a mixer or blender, strain and transfer to a saucepan;
  7. Add the olive oil, tapioca, salt, mustard, oregano and cook over medium heat, always stirring, until thickened;
  8. Transfer to another containeriene and set aside;
  9. Remove the cheese rolls from the oven, serve with the vegan Catupiry and enjoy!
