Feel like eating a dessert, but don’t want to abuse the calories? Bet on these versions of ice cream fit. It is made with different types of fruit and has some healthier sweetener options. Be sure to have this delight in the freezer during the summer days to share with family. Check it out:

1. Fit and vegan mango ice cream

Ingredients

How to prepare

  1. Peel the mango and cut its flesh into small squares;
  2. Place in a plastic jar and freeze;
  3. Pour the frozen mango into a powerful blender;
  4. Grind slowly on high power. Stir constantly so that all the pieces are reached. A great idea is to stir with a firm carrot, because if it gets on the blade does not ruin the blender;

  4. To mash, use a mixer or processor. First insert the bananas and beat on « pulse » mode until it forms a cream. During the process, gradually smooth out the sides;

  6. Pour into a jar with lid and leave in freezer overnight;

  • 5 egg whites

  1. In a food processor, place the frozen pineapple and the chilled coconut milk. Blend until ingredients are coarsely chopped. Open the lid from time to time and stir to get all the pieces together;
  2. When almost uniform, insert the vanilla essence and grind again;
  3. It is now ready to be served.

8. Ice cream fit of chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup sweetener
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee

Directions

  1. Remove the peel of the avocado and cut into pieces;
  2. In a blender, insert the avocado, cocoa, vanilla essence, sweetener and coffee Blend until smooth and if necessary open from time to time to stir;
  3. Transfer the cream to a bowl;
  4. Leave in freezer for at least 90 minutes to harden;

  1. Combine the cream and milk in a saucepan. Turn on to medium heat and when it comes to a boil, turn off;
  2. Place the chocolate in the blender along with the heated milk mixture. Wait 1 minute;
  3. Add the xylitol and blend until smooth;
  4. Pour contents into an aluminum container and cover with plastic wrap. Do not use the glass vessel;
  5. Place in freezer for at least 4 hours or until hardened;
  6. Transfer the frozen custard to the bowl of a stand mixer;
  7. In the mixer, use a paddle spatula. Beat until creamy and return contents to the aluminum bowl;
  8. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in freezer for at least 2 hours;
  9. Remove from freezer 5 minutes before tasting or serving.

10. Ice cream fit tapioca

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of granulated tapioca
  • 1/2 cup demerara sugar or sweetener
  • 3/4 cup powdered skim milk or powdered coconut milk
  • 400 ml warm skim or vegetable milk
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 150 grams of cream or fresh cream

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, place the granulated tapioca, the demerara sugar and the skim milk powder. Mix together;
  2. Add hot milk little by little and mix in with dry ingredients;
  3. Cover with a cloth and let rest for 30 minutes;
  4. Remove the cloth and mix well, preferably with a fouet;
  5. Pour the mixture into a blender and add the coconut milk and cream. Beat for 5 minutes;
  6. Transfer to a jar, cover and leave in freezer for 3 to 4 hours;
  7. Remove from freezer and stir well. Use a mixer and beat for 3 minutes;
  8. Return to freezer and leave overnight;
  9. Serve.
