Baked Rice Pastry
1 cup (tea) of green scent;
2 large eggs;
1 cup of grated parmesan;
1 cup of wheat flour Familia Venturelli;
3 cups (tea) of cooked rice;
Salt and pepper to taste;
Method of preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with the aid of a spoon.
Heat the oven to 200º C, for approximately 10 minutes.
Make the dumplings with the aid of a spoon and grease a refractory.
Bake for about 30 minutes.
