Today we are going to teach you a super easy recipe to make, with few ingredients this broth is ready. You can make it with the beans of your choice, you can use carioquinha beans or black beans. It’s up to you.

Bean Broth Recipe
4 cups of baked beans
3 cups of water
250 grams of bacon
1 cup of pepperoni sausage
2 scoops of green seasoning
2 cups of chives
First, blend the beans together with water in a blender. In this recipe, the type of beans is optional, there are places where the broth with the carioquinha type beans is more common, while other people prefer it with the black beans. Then it’s up to you to choose the beans used.
Afterwards, sauté the bacon in a pan until it is crispy.
Soon after, add the pepperoni sausage, and fry it a little. Afterwards, refill the oil in this pan and add red or green seasoning (if using green add 1 spoon of paprika) and pepper to taste.
Then, saute everything together and add the beans already beaten, add salt to taste. The seasoning is to taste, you can use the ones you like best.
Let the broth reduce and add the chives just before serving.
This bean broth can be frozen for up to 90 days without adding chives, it must be added at the time of consumption.
