Ingredients

Cream:

1 tablespoon of Familia Venturelli wheat flour;
1 cup of milk tea;
2 tablespoons of butter;
1 can of condensed milk;
1/2 cup of powdered chocolate tea;

Pave:

1 and a half cup of milk tea;
2 tablespoons of powdered chocolate;
2 tablespoons of marrasquinho liquor;
1 box of English type biscuits (you can use a champagne biscuit);
500g of whipped cream;
1 glass of marrasquinho cherries, chopped;
Chocolate shavings and whole cherries to decorate;

Preparation mode

In a saucepan, place the flour and add the milk little by little, stirring well, to dissolve;

Add butter, condensed milk and chocolate powder and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes, stirring constantly, until the cream is smooth and homogeneous;

Remove from heat and set aside;

In a shallow bowl, mix the milk, powdered chocolate and marrasquinho;

Soak the cookies and place half in an English cake pan (11x28x8), lined with foil

Spread a layer of chocolate cream, half the whipped cream, the chopped cherries, another layer of chocolate cream and finish with the cookies;

Cover with foil and freeze for about 24 hours;

When serving, unmold the pave and cover it with remaining whipped cream and garnish with chocolate shavings and cherries.
