1 cup (type curd) of wheat flour Famiglia Venturelli;
1 cup (type curd) of Globo sugar;
1 cup (like curd) of cream;
2 spoons of margarine;
1 spoon of chemical yeast;
2 glasses of cornstarch (corn starch);
1 pinch of salt;
Method of preparation
To start, preheat the oven to 180 °. Grease a baking sheet and set aside.
Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until a consistent ball of dough forms.
Now, separate small portions of the dough to form the cookies. Roll them up and place on the baking sheet.
Leave a distance of 2 fingers between one cookie and another so that they do not stick together.
Lightly knead the cookies with your fork to give that characteristic shape of the cream cookie.
If you want, shape the cookies with another shape, such as heart, star, or whatever you like!
Bake for about 20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown on top.
