Ingredients
- 400 ml chilled milk
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 box frozen strawberries
- 6 ice cubes
- Sugar to taste
Directions
- Pour the milk into the blender;
- Add the sugar, frozen banana, frozen strawberry and ice;
- Crush until smooth;
- This recipe yields 2 large cups.
2. Strawberry smoothie with natural yogurt
Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1/3 cup plain yogurt
- Ice to taste
Directions
- Wash the strawberries. Remove the leaves and stem;
- Cut the strawberries in half and set aside;
- Slice the banana into rounds;
- In a blender, add the strawberry, banana, yogurt and ice. Crush until all is dissolved. If you wish, add a little water to make it easier to crush;

- 1 cup water
- 200g acai pulp
- 1 frozen chopped bananas
- 8 frozen strawberries

- 500 grams of frozen strawberries
- ⅓ cup natural yogurt
- ½ tablespoon lemon juice

- Add the strawberry, yogurt, lemon juice and honey in a blender;
- Blend until mixture is creamy and smooth;
- Serve afterwards.
7. Strawberry Smoothie fit

- 8 small strawberries cut and semi frozen
- 200 ml coconut or skim milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or sweetener
- 1 teaspoon hydrated chia seeds
- 4 ice cubes

- In a blender, insert the strawberries, milk, honey, and hydrated chia seeds. Blend for approximately 5 minutes;
- Add the ice cubes and mash again until it is the desired consistency;

- 1 tablespoon powdered milk

- In a blender, place the strawberry, banana, yogurt, powdered milk, honey and ice;
- Blend until the fruits are crumbled;
- Transfer to a glass and serve. If desired, decorate with whipped cream and confectionery.
10. Vegan strawberry smoothie

- 2 cups frozen bananas
- 1 box fresh strawberries
- 2 tablespoons oatmeal
- 2 Brazil nuts
- Ice to taste
- Demerara sugar to taste
- ⅓ cup of water
How to prepare
- Following this order, add the ingredients in a blender: frozen banana, fresh strawberry, oats, Brazil nuts, ice, demerara sugar, and water;
- Grind until the drink is creamy and homogeneous;
- If desired, decorate the inside of the glass in which to serve with strawberry jam dissolved with water;
- Pour the drink into the glass and enjoy.
