Ingredients:
100 grams of grated coconut
½ cup of water
1 cup of flocão (corn flocão)
100 grams of softened margarine
6 eggs (only the egg whites)
1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder
Preparation mode:
First, beat eggs with margarine and sugar until light and creamy. You can hit the mixer or the hand with a fué.
Then add the coconut, flake the yeast, always beating. For those who don’t know what flake is corn flakes, also sold as km. In your city you can find them with other names, but remember corn flakes, that way it’s easier to find.
Beat the whites in snow, remember that they are 6 egg whites, then mix the whites into the mixture, very slowly so as not to lose air (stirring without beating).
Place the dough from the Queijadinha recipe in greased and floured molds. You can use pie cups or you can use disposable cups.
Finally, take it to bake in a preheated 180 degree oven. It takes about 30 minutes to bake.
