Did you know that it is possible to make semolina bread? Semolina is an excellent source of vitamins B and E, in addition to being a great source of energy and nutrition. Follow the recipe:


1 kg of Wheat Semolina Famiglia Venturelli;
620 ml of water;
10g of dry yeast or 2 tablespoons of fresh yeast (30g)
100g of butter with salt;
1 tablespoon of salt (10g).

Method of preparation

Place the semolina and yeast in a deep bowl and mix the ingredients well. Then add water and stir until a dough forms. Knead it until smooth and homogeneous.

Add butter (at room temperature, this is important) and salt. Knead again until all the butter has dissolved well in the dough content.

Shape the loaves into a ball shape, place on a greased baking sheet and let it rest for at least 30 minutes or until it doubles in size. Sprinkle the breads with a little semolina and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees or until they are lightly browned.
