6 whole eggs;
6 tablespoons of refined sugar;
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence;
5 tablespoons of wheat flour Familia Venturelli;
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder;

400 grams of white chocolate;
200 grams of uht sour cream;
1 tablespoon of chery brandy liqueur;
200ml of whipped industrialized whipped cream;
500 grams of fresh strawberries;

Preparation mode

In the bowl of an electric mixer, place the whole eggs and beat until frothy, then add the sugar and vanilla essence.

Beat for approximately 15 minutes, turn off the mixer and add the sifted flour. Mix gently with a fouet.

Spread the dough on a greased and floured baking sheet and bake until lightly browned.

In a refractory bowl, place the chopped chocolate and microwave it to melt, when completely melted, add the cream and the drink, mix gently and set aside.

As soon as it has cooled, add the whipped cream and use it in the assembly together with the strawberries.
