375 grams of wheat flour Familia Venturelli;
250 of sugar;
2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder;
1 teaspoon of powdered cloves;
1 teaspoon of powdered ginger;
1 teaspoon of bicarbonate;
1 tablespoon of vanilla essence;
2 slightly beaten eggs;
350 grams of honey;
150 ml of corn oil;
250 ml of boiling water;
½ cup (tea) of nuts;
100 grams of milk chocolate;
½ cup (tea) of seedless raisins;

Preparation mode

Heat the oven to 170ºC.

Grease a pan with oil and sprinkle with wheat flour.

Mix all the dry ingredients and add the eggs, honey, oil and finally the boiling water, mixing without stopping.

Add the other ingredients involved in the flour.

Place in the buttered and floured pan and bake for 1h20 or until golden brown and when pricking a toothpick and leaving clean.
