4 eggs;
1 glass of whole natural yogurt (170g);
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract;
1 cup of oil;
2 cup of sugar;
2 cup of Familia Venturelli wheat flour;
1 tablespoon of baking powder;

Preparation mode

Beat the eggs, yogurt, oil and vanilla extract in a blender.

In a bowl, mix together the sugar, flour and baking powder.

Add the batter in the blender to the dry ingredients, mixing well.

Grease a pan with butter, sugar and cinnamon.

Cover with the reserved dough and place in a medium preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes.
