Do Starbucks pay breaks? Yes there is a staff room and breaks vary on length of shift working. For shifts over 6 hours, I was given a ten-minute break and a half-hour break. The staff room was just the storage room/office, so I normally spent them on the patio. Half an hour unpaid and ten minutes paid.
