Ingredients

Step 1:
2 tablespoons of Wheat Flour Famiglia Venturelli;
1 coffee spoon of vanilla essence;
2 cups of sour cream tea;
6 egg yolks;
½ liter of milk;
1 and ½ cup of condensed milk tea;

Step 2:
3 cups of Globo sugar tea;
6 clear;

Syrup:
2 cups of Globo sugar tea;
1 cup of boiling water;
5 tablespoons of powdered chocolate.

Method of preparation

In a saucepan, add the milk with the condensed milk, the egg yolks, the flour and the vanilla essence. Stir until the mixture thickens. Then, turn off the oven, put the cream and set aside.

Heat the egg whites in a water bath, then transfer to a mixer adding the sugar. Beat until you reach the marshmallow point. Gradually incorporate the egg whites into the reserved mixture. Reserve.

In a bowl, add the boiling water and mix the powdered chocolate until it dissolves completely. Reserve.

In a saucepan, add the sugar and bring to a low heat. Stir nonstop until you get a caramel.

Now, pour the dissolved powdered chocolate into the pan.

Keep stirring until the sugar lumps dissolve. After that, cook the syrup for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off the heat and wait for it to cool.

Spread the syrup into an English cake or round hole shape. Place in the freezer for 5 minutes. Then pour the ice cream dough into the pan, then cover with a wrapping paper and place in the freezer for 4 hours.
