How to prepare coconut filling

  1. In a saucepan, place the condensed milk, the cream and the grated coconut.
  2. Mix these ingredients until completely homogeneous.
  3. Then, turn on medium heat to low.
  4. Keep stirring constantly without stopping, to avoid sticking to the bottom.
  5. The average time to boil and reach the ideal consistency is about 6 minutes.
  6. Finally, when the filling starts to come off the bottom and is very creamy, it’s ready.
  7. Transfer to a serving dish, cover with plastic wrap and set aside until cool.

  1. Place the cream and chocolate powder in a pan with the heat off.
