Right after that, put 1 minute in the microwave, remove and mix with fouet. It is very important to follow in the steps of this recipe.

Then, repeat the procedure again for another 1 minute. Then put it in the microwave every 30 seconds and keep mixing until the cream comes out of the bowl.

Finally, after ready cover with plastic film. The preparation time depends on each microwave. It is usually 4 to 5 minutes in the microwave at full power.

It will start to lump, but it is normal. Just continue with a spatula or a fuê, and keep stirring whenever it will be smooth and homogeneous.
