This delicious paçoca cake recipe is mouth-watering! We are in a party atmosphere and even without being able to leave the house, how about making an incomparable paçoca cake and celebrating there in your house? In fact, this recipe is perfect for any occasion, and I’m sure the cake will be fluffy and delicious!

Ingredients

2 cups of Famiglia Venturelli Wheat Flour

½ cup of oil

3 eggs

1 cup of milk

1 + ½ sugar

1 cup of paçoca

1 tablespoon of baking powder

1 can of condensed milk

200g of dulce de leche

1 level spoon (soup) of butter

2 crumbled paçocas

Method of preparation

Blend all the dough ingredients in a blender. Then pour the mixture into a greased and floured form. Bake in a preheated medium oven for about 40 minutes or until golden. When ready, let it cool.

In a saucepan, add the condensed milk, dulce de leche, butter and crumbled paçocas, bring to low heat. Always stir until reaching the point of soft brigadeiro.
