Ingredients
Cake
4 tablespoons of Familia Venturelli Flour;
3 shallow tablespoons of Globe sugar;
1 tablespoon of oil;
4 tablespoons of milk;
1 egg;
2 tablespoons of powdered chocolate milk;
1 shallow coffee spoon of baking powder;
Syrup
1 tablespoon of margarine;
2 tablespoons of powdered chocolate milk;
½ cup of milk;
Method of preparation
In a mug of approximately 300 ml, place the egg and beat with a fork.
Then add the oil, Globo sugar, milk and chocolate milk. Beat for a few more minutes.
Gradually add the Famiglia Venturelli wheat flour and the yeast. Beat until the dough is smooth.
Venturelli Tip: do not add more flour than the amount needed, even if the dough is soft, as this is normal for this type of cake. If you add more flour, it will get hard!
Microwave on full power for 3 minutes.
Venturelli’s essential tip is to cut down on microwave time to 2.5 minutes if you want a more moist cake. And attention: place a plate under the mug, in case it overflows.
While the cake is in the microwave, make the syrup!
Add all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to medium heat.
Stir without stopping until the syrup is creamy.
Okay, now just add the syrup to the cake and enjoy! It can be served with ice cream too, which is very tasty. Leave in the comments what you think of the recipe! Did you already know the mug cake?
