- 1 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups of flour
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Directions
- With a mixer, beat the honey and butter until smooth;
- Add the flour, eggs and stir well with a spoon;
- Add the baking powder and mix to incorporate;
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until fully baked;
- To check, pierce the dough with a toothpick and check if it comes out clean;

Ingredients
- 7 eggs
- 180 g sugar
- 160 g sifted wheat flour
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- Separate the whites and yolks of all the eggs;

- While beating, add the egg yolks one by one;

- 2 1/2 cups wheat flour

- 1/2 cup honey

- In a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar for about 2 minutes, until it forms a cream;
- Add the oil, coffee, liqueur, lemon juice, honey and beat until well incorporated;

- Add the yeast and baking soda and mix gently with a spoon;
- In a greased baking pan, pour the batter;
- Place the chopped walnuts on top of the cake;

7. Honey cake with pomegranate
Cake ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup crystal sugar
- 1 cup of oil
- 1 cup iced pomegranate tea
- 1 1/2 cups honey
- 3 cups of flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 4 tablespoons impalpable sugar

- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar;
- Add the oil, pomegranate tea, honey, whisk again and set aside;
- In another bowl, sift and mix together the flour, baking powder and baking soda;
- Incorporate the flours into the liquid mixture little by little, mixing until a homogeneous mass is obtained;
- Transfer this dough to a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes;
- After that time, lower the oven to 150 degrees and bake for another 45 minutes;
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool;
- For the syrup, mix in a saucepan the pomegranate juice, sugar and lemon juice and cook over medium heat;
- When it comes to a boil, continue cooking and stirring for 15 minutes;
- Remove from heat, allow to cool, and mix with the impalpable sugar;
- Pour the topping over the unmolded cake, decorate with the pomegranate seeds and serve!
8. Honey cake with brown sugar and spices
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon clove powder

- 115 g butter
- 100 g caster sugar
- 50 g honey
- 3 eggs
- 12 g baking powder
- 500 g flour
- 600 g cream cheese
- 220 g mascarpone
- 100 g caster sugar
- 4 tablespoons honey
Directions
- In a saucepan over a bain-marie, add the butter, sugar and honey and mix until melted;
- Remove from the water bath and add the eggs one at a time, stirring well;
- Add the baking powder and flour little by little, always stirring;
- When the dough becomes heavy, knead with hands until homogeneous;
- Divide this dough into 8 equal parts;
- Open each part with a rolling pin to a thickness of 4 mm;
- Cut each disc with a round cutter of 15 cm diameter;
- Stack the pieces, separating them with parchment paper, and place in the freezer for 20 minutes;
- In an oven preheated to 200 degrees, bake all the discs, one at a time, for about 10 minutes, until golden brown;
- Wait to cool on a rack;
- In mixer, blend cream cheese, mascarpone, caster sugar and honey;
- Assemble the cake alternating layers of biscuit with layers of cream, totaling 7 layers of biscuit;
- In the last layer, cover the surface and sides of the cake with the cream;
- Reserve in the refrigerator;
- In food processor, grind remaining cookie disk until it becomes a fluffy meal;
- Decorate the cake with the farofa, the honey and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 200 ml honey
- 500 g oat flakes
- 1 small bottle coconut milk
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
