1. Potato au gratin with cream cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 kg thickly sliced potatoes
  • Boiling water
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • 1 box of cream
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Mozzarella cheese to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Chheiro-verde to taste

Directions

  1. In a pan of boiling water, add a little salt, black pepper, the potatoes and cook for about 5 to 10 minutes;
  2. After cooked, drain water from the potatoes. Then distribute them to a greased baking dish and season with salt, black pepper to taste and a dash of olive oil. Mix delicately and set aside;
  3. In a bowl, add the cream, cream cheese, garlic, salt, pepper and mix well until smooth;
  4. Distribute this cream over the potatoes and with the help of a spoon spread it over all the spaces. Then, make a layer of mozzarella cheese and finish by sprinkling a little oregano;

  • 2 liters of water
  • Salt to taste
  • 500 g (1 lb) screw type noodles
  • 400 g cream cheese

  • 10 pieces chopped cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup peas
  • 10 sliced olives
  • 200 g chopped mozzarella cheese
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Sliced mozzarella cheese to taste
  • Chorizo greens to taste

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, place the water, a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. When the water starts to bubble, add the pasta and let it cook for the time described on the package;
  2. After cooking, drain the noodles and set aside;
  3. In a bowl, add the cream cheese, milk, fried garlic, tomatoes, peas, olives, mozzarella and season with salt, pepper and oregano to taste. Mix well;
  4. In an ovenproof baking dish, place the noodles, the ricotta cheese sauce and mix well;
  5. Cover the noodles with slices of mozzarella and finish with a little oregano. Bake in a preheated oven at 230 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes;

3. Pumpkin with cream cheese

Ingredients

  • 160 g bacon cut into cubes
  • 3 cloves crushed garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 chopped chili pepper
  • 300 g butternut squash, peeled and diced
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • ½ cup cream cheese

Directions

  1. In a pan, fry the bacon until golden brown. Then, add the garlic, salt, onion, paprika and sauté;
  2. Put in the chopped pumpkin and saute for a few minutes. Season with black pepper, add water until it almost covers the pumpkin pieces and the sugar;
  3. Mix, cover the pan and cook until the water is dry and the pumpkin is completely cooked;

  • 1 kg chicken breast cut into cubes

  • ½ large onion in pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic

  • 250 g (8 oz) of hydrated kebab wheat
  • 300 g ground meat
  • Oil
  • 200 g curd cheese
  • Ham to taste
  • Grated mozzarella cheese to taste

Directions

  1. In a blender, beat the onion, garlic, salt, parsley, and water until smooth;
  2. Pour the seasoning mixture into a bowl, add the kibbeh wheat and ground meat and mix together. If necessary, add a little more salt;
  3. In a greased baking dish, distribute the kebab dough, making a uniform layer. Then make a layer of filling with cream cheese, ham slices, and grated cheese. Then, make another layer of kebab and repeat this process until the baking dish is complete;

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Directions

  1. In a pan with a dash of oil, saute the onion and garlic. Add the chicken, salt, pepper, peas, corn, green smell, tomato, mix well and set aside;
  2. For the dough, beat the eggs with the oil and salt until smooth and creamy;
  3. Pour in the cream cheese, milk, and mix;
  4. Add half the amount of flour and cornstarch, mix well, add the rest and stir until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Finally add the baking powder;
  5. In a greased baking pan, pour ¾ of the dough making the first layer. Make a layer with the chicken filling, spread cream cheese on top and distribute the mozzarella cheese. Finish with an even layer of dough;
  6. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes and it’s ready to serve!

7. Romeo and Juliet with cream cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin
  • 5 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 box heavy cream
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 200 g ricotta cheese
  • 300 g guava cut into cubes
  • 150 ml water

Method of preparation

  1. In a glass, hydrate the unflavored gelatin in water. Then microwave for 15 seconds to dissolve all the lumps;
  2. In a blender, add the hydrated gelatin, the heavy cream, the condensed milk, the cream cheese and beat on high speed for 1 minute;
  3. Pour the cream into a dish and set aside in the refrigerator for 2 hours or in the freezer for 40 minutes;
  4. Meanwhile, in a saucepan put the guava, the water, heat for 5 minutes and let it cool;
  5. Distribute the guava syrup over the cream cheese and place in the freezer for another 20 minutes and this delicious dessert is ready!

8. Dessert of cream cheese with ricotta cheese

Ingredients

  • 2 cans dulce de leche
  • 200 ml whipping cream
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • Chocolate biscuits
  • 150 ml milk
  • 300 g strawberry
  • 10 g ground groundnuts

Directions

  1. With the help of a mixer, blend the dulce de leche with the cream cheese until smooth and set aside;
  2. Again in a mixer, beat the chilled whipping cream until it obtains a firm and consistent texture;
  3. Gently mix the whipped cream into the dulce de leche cream;
  4. In small jars or on a platter, begin assembling the dessert with a layer of the dulce de leche custard. Then break the biscuits into smaller pieces, dip them quickly into a bowl of milk and place them on top of the dulce de leche;
  5. Make another layer of dulce de leche, distribute a few pieces of strawberry and finish with the crushed peanuts;
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours and it’s ready!

9. Creamy cream cheese cake

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ½ cup of caster sugar
  • ½ cup of oil
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 50 g grated coconut
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

Directions

  1. In a bowl, place the eggs, sugar and mix well. Add the oil, the cream cheese and stir again until a homogeneous mixture is obtained;
  2. Add the flour, the grated coconut and mix. Finally, add the baking powder and stir just to incorporate into the dough;
  3. Pour the dough into a greased baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 35 to 45 minutes or until the toothpick test comes out clean;
  4. Let the cake cool for a few minutes, unmold and it’s ready to enjoy!

10. Red velvet cake with cream cheese

Ingredients for the dough

  • 200 ml milk at room temperature
  • 50 ml vinegar
  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 200 g caster sugar
  • 200 g melted butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 10 g powdered chocolate
  • Red colouring gel
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
  • 15 g baking powder

Ingredients for the filling

  • 1 liter whipping cream
  • 200 g ricotta cheese
  • 395 g condensed milk
  • Juice of two lemons

Directions

  1. In a bowl, add the milk, vinegar, mix and wait about 2 minutes until it curdles;
  2. Add the flour, sugar, and butter and stir until incorporated;
  3. Add the eggs, the powdered chocolate and stir;
  4. Add the dye in sufficient quantity to make the dough red, always mixing to make the color uniform. Then add the vanilla essence and the yeast;
  5. Pour the dough into a removable bottomed baking pan with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 50 to 60 minutes;
  6. For the filling, beat the whipping cream into a consistent cream in the mixer;
  7. Add the cream cheese and beat a little more. Add the lemon, the condensed milk and beat for a few minutes more. Set aside;
  8. Unmold the cake, cut it in half horizontally and separate the top. Set aside the crumbs that fall out during cutting to use for decoration;
  9. Distribute the filling evenly over the cake and cover with the other half;
  10. With the aid of a piping bag, fill the side of the cake with more filling and remove the excess with a spatula, making the side uniform;
  11. Finally, cover the cake with filling, making a thick and uniform layer of frosting. Sprinkle the crumbs separated previously to decorate and enjoy!
