Ingredients

  • 2 ripe plantains
  • 2 tablespoons 100% cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons milk powder

  1. Peel the bananas and microwave for 2 minutes;
  2. Mash the bananas to a paste;
  3. Add the cocoa powder, milk and mix;

  2. Add butter and cook until batter thickens and releases from bottom of pan;

4. Banana Brigadeiro with condensed milk and chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 plantain
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate powder
  • Butter
  • Granules to taste
  • Paper Cups

Directions

  1. Peel and mash the banana until it forms a paste;
  2. In a saucepan, mix the condensed milk, mashed banana, powdered milk, and chocolate milk;
  3. Turn on the fire and cook the mixture for 5 minutes or until loosened from the bottom of the pan;
  4. Turn off heat, transfer dough to a bowl and let cool for 30 minutes;
  5. Spread butter on hands, make small balls and roll in granules;
  6. Place the brigadeiros in the molds and enjoy!

5. Banana Brigadeiro with stevia

Ingredients

  • 2 mashed banana
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon stevia powder

Directions

  1. In a dish, place the mashed banana, cocoa, powdered milk and stevia;
  2. Microwave for 30 to 40 seconds;
  3. Mix all ingredients together;
  4. Pour into a bowl and serve.

6. Microwave banana brigadeiro

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons powdered milk

Directions

Directions

  1. Microwave the bananas for about 2 minutes;
  2. Mash with a fork until it forms a mush;
  3. Add the powdered milk, cocoa, flaxseed meal, mix well and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes;
  4. Grease your hands with coconut oil and make little balls;
  5. Roll in granules and serve.

8. Banana Brigadeiro with coconut flour

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tablespoons 100% cocoa powder
  • 2 and 1/2 tablespoons coconut flour

Directions

  1. Steam the bananas until they are soft;
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas to a puree;
  3. Add cocoa powder and mix;
  4. Add the coconut flour gradually and stir again;
  5. Take the dough to the refrigerator for 30 minutes in a glass jar with a lid;
  6. Then roll up the brigadeiros, roll in cocoa and it’s done!

9. Banana brigadeiro with white chocolate

  • 2 plantains
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 3 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 50 g white chocolate
  • 1/2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 8 g cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cup demerara sugar
  • Paper Cups

Directions

  1. Mash the bananas and set aside;
  2. In a saucepan, mix together the condensed milk, milk powder, white chocolate, butter, mashed banana and 3 g cinnamon;
  3. Bring the mixture to a low fire and cook until loosened from the bottom of the pan;
  4. Transfer to a saucepan, cover with plastic wrap in contact and let cool;
  5. Grease your hands, roll the brigadeiros and roll in a mixture of sugar with the remaining cinnamon;
  6. Place the brigadeiros in paper cups and serve!

10. Green banana biomass brigadeiro

Ingredients

  • 1 cup green banana biomass
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons 100% cocoa powder
  • Paper Cups

Directions

  1. In a pan, mix the green banana biomass with the coconut oil, sugar and cocoa;
  2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is thickened from the bottom of the pan;
  3. Transfer dough to a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes;
  4. Grease your hands with coconut oil, roll up the brigadeiros and roll in cocoa;
  5. Place the brigadeiros in paper cups and enjoy!
