Even without the parties, June is coming and we have already started to prepare the typical recipes for the June festival. How about bringing this festive atmosphere into your home making delicious cheesecakes? The cheese recipe is amazing and easy to make.

We are sure it will be an explosion of flavors, bringing more incomparable moments for you and your family!

Ingredients

Pasta

5 tablespoons of wheat flour Famiglia Venturelli Gourmet
3 eggs
2 boxes of condensed milk
100g of butter
1 cup of grated half-cured cheese
200g of grated dry coconut

Syrup

1 cup (tea) of sugar
1 cup (tea) of water

Method of preparation

In a container, sift the yolks, add the whites and beat with a wire whisk for 30 minutes.

Add the condensed milk, butter and mix well. Afterwards, gradually add the Venturelli Gourmet wheat flour, cheese and coconut. Stir until you get a homogeneous mass.

Place paper molds into pie pans, pour in the dough and place in a preheated medium-high oven for 35 minutes or until golden.

In a saucepan, mix sugar with water and bake without stirring. Wait until it thickens until it has a fine point and spread over the queijadinhas.
