Contenus
Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cups of Famiglia Venturelli wheat flour (400g)
1 sachet of Famiglia Venturelli dry biological yeast (10g)
1/4 cup of sugar tea (50g)
1 tablespoon of butter (20g)
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
200ml of milk
1 egg yolk mixed with 1 teaspoon of ready-made coffee
Method of preparation
To start, take a bowl and add the sugar, all-purpose flour, salt and yeast. Mix. Make a pit in the middle and add the milk and egg and mix well.
After absorbing all the dry ingredients, add the butter and knead well (with your hands) until a smooth dough. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes.
Venturelli Tip: to unglue the dough between your fingers, sprinkle some wheat flour into your hands.
Shape the dough into the shape of the bread, sprinkle it with wheat flour and transfer it to a cake tin greased with margarine or oil (25 cm X 10 cm and 6 cm high).
Brush the dough with the yolk-coffee mixture and let it rise until the dough doubles in size.
Place the bread in a preheated medium oven at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes or until golden. Remove from oven, unmold and serve.
