Homemade Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
7 cups of wheat flour tea
1 cup tea barely full of oil
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of salt
3 cup of tea full of warm milk
1 tablespoon full of sugar
30 grams of fresh yeast
7 cups of wheat flour tea
Preparation mode:
First, we will blend the eggs, oil and salt in a blender. Let’s keep this mixture reserved.
In a bowl, put the yeast, sugar and warm milk, stir until the yeast dissolves, then add the mixture that we beat in a blender.
Then add the wheat flour, it will be responsible for giving structure to the bread. Stir with a spoon, then knead the dough with your hands, the dough should be very smooth.
Grease two large loaves of loaf, butter or use homemade release agent, place half of the dough inside one and let it rest for 40 minutes. It will double in volume.
Finally, bake in a preheated 180 degree oven. Until golden, it takes about 30-40 minutes to bake.
Allow it to cool to cut into slices.
This bread has a shelf life of 7 days, but if you want to keep it for more tips, you can keep it in the fridge, so the shelf life can reach up to 15 days. To consume, just heat it in the microwave or oven, it’s great. That way you’ll have loaf of bread whenever you want.
