Nest milk biscuit recipe
Ingredients:
900 grams of corn starch (cornstarch)
100 grams of wheat flour
250 grams of Nest Milk
350 grams of refined sugar
600 grams of margarine
Method of preparation:
First, to make the nest milk biscuit, we will sift the cornstarch and wheat flour in a bowl. Then let’s sift the nest milk.
Then add the remaining ingredients. Here I am using margarine but you can use butter. Because of the price of butter and how it takes a lot, I chose to use margarine.
Mix well, the dough becomes a very smooth dough, for that you need to mix well, start mixing with a spoon and then with your hands, let the dough well together.
Then, refrigerate for 1 hour.
After the rest period, you can mold the dough in your preferred choice. Finally, place on the baking tray and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven. They take 15 to 20 minutes to bake.
