15 grams of refined sugar
1 egg
325ml of water
45 grams of unsalted butter
8 grams of salt
750 grams of wheat flour
Filling ingredients:
600 finely sliced pepperoni
300 grams of mozzarella (sliced or grated)
Oregano to taste
1 large chopped onions
50 grams of olives
Method of preparation:
First, put the yeast and sugar in a bowl. Mix with the help of a spoon so that the yeast dissolves.
Afterwards, add the rest of the dough ingredients, minus the wheat flour.
Add Wheat Flour little by little, mix the dough well, kneading. You should knead the pepperoni bread for about 5 minutes. You will notice that he will start to loosen his hands, it will become a very smooth and homogeneous mass.
