Vanilla tuile pasta recipe
Ingredients:
55 grams of egg white
30 grams of icing sugar
30 grams of wheat flour
20 grams of unsalted butter (in cream)

Preparation mode:
First, to make the tuile dough, mix the egg whites with the sugar and beat with an electric mixer, until it becomes a very smooth cream.
Soon after, add the wheat flour and beat lightly. You can also make this recipe with the help of a fuê.
Then, put the butter to an ointment point and mix gently until it forms a smooth and homogeneous dough.
Cover the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
