Ingredients

04 eggs;
02 cups (tea) of milk approximately 400 ml;
¾ cup (tea) of oil approximately 150 ml;
03 cups (tea) of Familia Venturelli Wholemeal Bread Mix;
01 spoon (shallow soup) of powdered chemical yeast;
01 spoon (coffee) of salt;

Filling

03 tomatoes;
onions and olives to taste;
200 grams of mozzarella;
200 grams of chicken breast or ham;
1 box of sour cream;
½ Parmesan cheese packet (sprinkled on top of pie);

Method of preparation

Place dough ingredients in a blender and blend.

In a greased and floured mold, place half of the dough.

Add the filling, lastly the cream.

Cover with the other half of the dough. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.

Bake for approximately 30 minutes in a preheated oven.
