- In a bowl, place the water, yeast, sugar, oil, flour, salt and mix;
- Knead the dough on a clean floured workbench for 5 minutes;
- Place into the bowl again, cover with a cloth and let rise for 60 minutes;
- Transfer to a greased English cake pan, brush with a little water, dust with flour and open a slit on top;
- Cover again with the cloth and let rest for another 10 minutes;

- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup water

Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 tablespoon dry baking powder
- 1/2 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds or flaxseeds
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup white wheat flour
Directions
- In a bowl put the water, yeast, sugar, a little flour, and let it rest for ten minutes;
- Then add the salt, sunflower seeds, chia seeds or flax seeds, whole wheat flour, white wheat flour;

Ingredients
- 10 g dry biological yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 cup warm vegetable milk
- 3 cups wheat flour
- 4 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cooked mashed yams
- Sesame seeds to taste
Directions
- In a bowl, place the yeast, milk, sugar, half a cup of flour and let stand for 10 minutes;
- Add mayonnaise, salt, mashed parsnips, remaining flour and knead until smooth and homogeneous;

- 150 g raw and sliced carrots
- 250 ml warm water
- 30 ml olive oil
- 15 g demerara sugar

- 225 g rice flour
- 10 g sour cornstarch
- 20 g of sweet tapioca flour
- Oregano to taste
- 10 g dry biological yeast
- Sesame seeds to taste
Directions
- In a blender, place the carrot, water, olive oil, sugar, salt, rice flour, sprinkles, oregano and beat until smooth;
- Add the yeast and beat again;
- Transfer dough to a greased baking pan and let rest for 30 minutes;

9. Vegan corn bread
Ingredients
- 100 ml warm water
- 5 g dry biological yeast
- 1 can of corn
- 125 ml water
- 2 and 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cups wheat flour
- Cornmeal to taste
Directions
- In a bowl, place the warm water, the yeast and mix well;
- Place a cloth over it and let it rest for 5 minutes;
- In a blender, put the drained corn, the water and beat until it forms a puree and set aside;
- In the bowl with the yeast, add the sugar, salt, oil and mix;
- Add the corn mash, flour little by little and knead for 5 minutes or until a sticky homogeneous dough is obtained;
- Cover with the cloth and let rest for 60 minutes;
- Make medium sized balls, transfer to a greased and cornmeal dusted baking pan and let rest for another 30 minutes;
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes and it is ready to serve.
10. Vegan stuffed bread
Dough ingredients
- 3 cups wheat flour
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dry baking powder
- 1 tablespoon demerara sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon dehydrated garlic, parsley and onion
- 1 cup warm water
Ingredients for the filling
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 sliced zucchini
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 grated carrots
- 1/2 cup olives
- 2 tablespoons parsley greens
Cheese ingredients
- 2 boiled potatoes
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pinch turmeric
- Salt to taste
Directions
- For the dough, put in a bowl the flour, oil, yeast, sugar, salt, garlic, parsley and onion dehydrated, water and mix everything very well;
- Knead on a smooth, clean surface for about 10 minutes;
- Place in bowl again, cover with cloth and let rest for 60 minutes;
- For the filling, place in the palena the olive oil, onion and saute for 10 minutes;
- Add the zucchini, salt, paprika and saute a little more;
- Add the carrots, olives, parsley and cook for another 5 minutes. Set aside;
- For the cheese, in a blender, place the potatoes and water and blend for 2 minutes;
- Add the nutritional yeast, the olive oil and beat for 1 minute;
- Transfer the cheese to a saucepan, add the turmeric, adjust the salt and cook for 5 minutes. Set aside;
- On a countertop, open the dough to the size of your baking pan, place the filling and cheese;
- Roll up, transfer to a greased baking pan, sprinkle flour over top, and let rest for 20 minutes;
- Make cuts in the surface of the dough and, if desired, sprinkle tomato sauce over the top;
- Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes and you’re done!
