Directions

  1. In a baking dish, season the chicken with salt, garlic and lemon juice and mix;

  2. Add the sugar, salt, and mix;
  3. Add the flour and mix well until a dough forms;

Directions

  2. When the dough becomes more consistent, knead with your hands until it begins to clump together;
  3. In a pan (preferably non-stick), open the dough in the shape of the pan about half a centimeter;
  4. Place over a high heat for about 5 minutes, but take care not to burn;
  5. With a spatula, turn the dough over;
  6. Spread the tomato sauce over it, the ham, cheese, tomato and oregano;
  7. Cover and cook for about 5 minutes over low heat;

5. Microwave macaroni and cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 cup noodles of your choice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Mozzarella cheese to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 100 ml milk

Method of preparation

  1. In a bowl, add the noodles, water and salt and mix;
  2. Microwave for about 2 to 3 minutes;
  3. Add the mozzarella cheese and stir;
  4. Add the black pepper and ricotta cheese and mix well;
  5. Add the milk, stir and microwave for 1 minute more;

6. Macaroni with sausage fast

Ingredients

  • 250 g penne or fusilli type pasta
  • 500 g sausage
  • 1 package of tomato sauce
  • ½ tablespoon salt
  • ½ onion, minced
  • Parsley to taste

  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 box heavy cream
  • 500 ml water

Method of preparation

  1. In a pressure cooker, add the pasta, the chopped sausage, tomato sauce, salt, chopped onion, parsley, olive oil, bay leaf, sour cream and water;
  2. Mix everything together very well;
  3. Cover and bring to a boil;
  4. After pressure has built up, cook for 5 minutes;
  5. Then carefully remove the pressure;
  6. Give it a light stir and serve!

7. Brigadeirão de caneca

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of milk
  • 4 tablespoons condensed milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate powder
  • Butter for greasing

Directions

  1. In a mug, add the milk, the condensed milk, the egg, the vanilla and mix well with a fork or a flute;
  2. Add the powdered chocolate and stir;
  3. If you don’t want to unmold the brigadeirão, just microwave it. If you do, grease another mug with butter and pour the mixture into it;
  4. Take it to the microwave for 2 minutes;
  5. Poke a toothpick to confirm the point: if it comes out wet, but without pieces of dough sticking together, it’s ready. If you feel it’s too liquid or there are pieces of dough sticking together, leave it in the microwave for 1 minute more;
  6. Unmold and decorate with granulated!

Ingredients

  • 1 packet of colourless powdered gelatine
  • 5 tablespoons of water
  • 250 ml milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 carton heavy cream
  • 10 little cakes

Directions

  1. In a bowl, hydrate the gelatin with the water and stir. Place in the microwave for 30 seconds;
  2. Place in blender the hydrated gelatin, milk, sugar, heavy cream, the paçoquinhas and beat everything;
  3. Take to the container or containers you prefer and refrigerate for 2 hours;
  4. Sprinkle pieces of paçoca on top and serve!

9. Brownie mug

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 2 tablespoons milk
