Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons oat flakes
  • Spice mix with cinnamon powder, ginger, clove, cardamom and nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions

  1. Take all the ingredients to the blender, except the yeast.
  2. After beating the ingredients in the blender, add the baking powder and mix before pouring into the pan.
  3. The oven should be heated to 180°C.
  4. Remember that if the form is not the silicone one, it is necessary to grease.
  5. Place another pinch of the spices on top of the batter already in the pan.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes at 180°C.

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 3 tablespoons rice flour
  • 3 tablespoons sweet cornstarch

Directions

  1. Grease the frying pan with oil.

  • 4 apples
  • ½ cup oil
  • 3 eggs

  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seed

  • 1 cup fine flaked oats
  • ½ cup rice flour
  • ½ cup sweet cornstarch

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup chopped unpeeled apple (100g)
  • ⅓ cup sunflower oil

  • ½ cup demerara sugar

How to prepare the farofa

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients, making sure that the coconut oil incorporates well.
  2. Refrigerate until it is time to sprinkle on the cake batter.
  3. How to prepare the cake

    1. Grease a 30x20cm baking pan with rice flour and oil.
    2. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients, the oats, rice flour, sweet cornmeal and bicarbonate.
    3. In a blender, place the eggs, apple, oil, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg (a pinch of each), lemon juice, chickpeas and sugar. Beat well until the dough is very liquid.
    4. Add the batter to the bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well.
    5. Transfer the dough to the pan. Tip: sprinkle small pieces of apple and raisins on top, sprinkle the farofa too.
    6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 30 minutes.

    Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup sunflower oil
  • ½ cup demerara sugar (100g)
  • 2 chopped apples
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour (120g)
  • 1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Directions

  1. Place the eggs, sunflower oil and demerara sugar in a blender. Beat and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, add the flour and cinnamon. Then add the batter from the blender. Mix well.

10. Apple cake with banana fit

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cup oatmeal
  • ¾ cup cornstarch
  • ¼ cup rice flour
  • 1 cup mashed banana (250g)
  • 2 cups chopped apples (200g)
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg, lemon zest and salt
  • 1 lemon in juice
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder

Directions

  1. Grease the pan with oil and rice flour or release spray.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  3. In a bowl, place the dry ingredients, oat flour, cornstarch and rice flour. Mix well until it forms a flour mix.
  4. In a blender, add the eggs, vegetable oil, half the cups of apples, the banana, sugar, cinnamon, pinches of nutmeg, lemon zest and salt, and the lemon juice. Beat well until smooth.
  5. Mix the dough from the blender into the flour mix until everything is uniform.
  6. In another bowl, mix together the remaining chopped apple and raisins. Sprinkle rice flour and cinnamon on top.
  7. Add the fruits to the dough.
  8. To finish, add the baking powder and mix.
  9. Bake in the oven for approximately 30 to 35 minutes.
  10. Ready, just wait to cool!
