  • ½ small pineapple, chopped

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of pineapple, chopped
  • 1 sliced kiwi
  • 150 ml ice water
  • Mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon chia

  1. In a blender, place the pineapple, kiwi, water, mint and chia;

6. Juice detox with pineapple and coconut

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of pineapple
  • 200 ml coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed
  • Mint leaves to taste

  1. In a blender, place the pineapple slices, coconut water, flaxseed and mint;

  • 2 slices of diced pineapple
  • 1 chopped small carrot

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • ½ papaya in cubes
  • 3 pineapple slices with chopped core
  • 3 leaves of cabbage with the stalk
  • Optional honey

Directions

  1. In a blender, add the water, papaya, pineapple and kale;
  2. Blend for 2 minutes. If necessary, sweeten with honey;
  3. Pour juice into glass and try it!

9. Juice detox with pineapple and boldo

Ingredients

  • 1 sachet of boldo tea
  • 1 sachet of mint tea
  • 1 cup of hot water
  • 1 cup of ice
  • ½ lemon with peel
  • 2 thick slices of pineapple

Directions

  1. In a mug, put the sachet of boldo tea and mint tea;
  2. Add the hot water, cover and let it infuse for 10 minutes;
  3. Then, in a blender, put half the ice, the infusion of teas, the lemon, the slices of pineapple and beat until smooth;
  4. In a glass, put the other half of the ice, strain the juice and ready!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon flaxseed or seeds
  • 200 ml ready-made green tea
  • Mint leaves to taste

Directions

  1. In a blender, place the pineapple, flaxseed, green tea and mint;
