1. Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 80 ml white rum
  • 40 ml lemon juice
  • 30 ml sugar syrup
  • Ice to taste

Directions

  1. Place the rum in a cocktail shaker;
  2. Add the lemon juice and sugar syrup;
  3. Insert the ice cubes, close the cocktail shaker and shake well;
  4. Pour only the liquid into a well-chilled glass;
  5. Serve immediately.

2. Cuba Libre

Ingredients

  • Ice to taste
  • 60 ml of rum Bacardi Prata
  • Coca-Cola
  • ¼ of Tahiti lemon

Directions

  1. Fill a long glass with ice and stir to chill the glass;
  2. Remove excess liquid before starting to prepare the drink;
  3. Add the rum;
  4. Add the Coke to the inner wall of the glass carefully to keep the bubbles in;

  • 20 ml Tahiti lemon juice
  • 50 ml white rum

  • Soda water

How to prepare

  1. Pat the mint leaves to release the aromas, then pour into a tall glass;
  2. Pour in the sugar syrup, lemon juice and rum. Mix with the spoon;
  3. Fill the glass with the crushed ice and mix lightly with the spoon;
  4. Complete the glass with a little sparkling water and more crushed ice;
  5. Serve immediately.

5. Coconut Mojito

Ingredients

  • 10 large mint leaves
  • 25 ml sugar simple syrup
  • 50 ml of Malibu
  • 35 ml of white rum
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • Ice to taste
  • Soda water
  • 2 lemon slices
  • 10 ml of Curaçau

Directions

  1. Place the mint leaves in a large glass. Crush them at the bottom of the glass;
  2. Add the sugar syrup, Malibu, white rum and lemon juice. Mix;
  3. Insert the ice and mix again;
  4. Pour in the sparkling water until almost full. Stir gently;
  5. Add the lemon slices and settle in the bottom of the glass;
  6. To finish, add the Curaçau and enjoy.

6. Sweet dream

Ingredients

  • Ice to taste
  • 40 ml of rum Oro
  • 30 ml Baileys or liqueur
  • 20 ml chocolate cookie syrup
  • 1.5 ml mint

Directions

  1. Place the ice in a triangular cup and allow to cool;
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add the rum, Baileys, syrup, mint and ice. Cover and shake well;
  3. Pour the contents of the cocktail shaker into the glass, passing through a sieve so that no more ice will fall out;
  4. Now it’s just tasting.

7. Dark ‘n’ stormy

Ingredients

  • Ice to taste
  • 50 ml ginger syrup
  • 10 ml lemon juice
  • 100 ml of Club Soda or sparkling water
  • 2 dashes of angostura bitter
  • 50 ml dark rum

Directions

  1. Fill a large glass with the ice cubes;
  2. Add the ginger syrup and lemon juice;
  3. Top up with the Club Soda and stir lightly with a slotted spoon;
  4. Add the angostura and dark rum;
  5. If desired, garnish with a slice of the lemon on the rim of the glass;

Ingredients

  • 100 grams of ripe pineapple, chopped
  • 60 ml of Prata rum
  • 30 ml of coconut water
  • 40 ml of Lopez Homemade Coconut Cream
  • Crushed ice to taste

Directions

  1. In a blender, place the chopped pineapple, the rum, the coconut water and the coconut cream. Blend until smooth;
  2. Add the crushed ice and blend again until the ice stones break up;
  3. Transfer to glass of your choice and if desired garnish with mint leaves and pineapple slice;

9. Blue Hawaiian

Ingredients

  • Ice to taste
  • 60 ml white rum
  • 30 ml of Curaçau blue
  • 30 ml of coconut cream
  • 60 ml pineapple juice

Directions

  1. Put ice in the cocktail shaker and in the glass in which you will serve the drink;
  2. In the cocktail shaker, pour the rum, the Curaçau, the coconut cream and the pineapple juice. Stopper and shake well;
  3. Transfer with a strainer to the bowl with ice;
  4. If desired, garnish with a pineapple slice, mint leaves and another dash of Curaçau blue;
  5. Serve with a straw.

10. Frozen banana daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 60 ml white rum
  • 30 ml banana or orange liqueur
  • 20 ml lemon juice
  • 1/2 ripe dwarf banana
  • 1 glass full of ice

Directions

  1. In a blender, place the rum, liqueur, lemon juice and banana. Grind until smooth;
  2. Insert the ice and use the « pulse » function of the blender. Blend until the ice breaks up, but do not let it dissolve completely;
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
