That’s because you can prepare a low carb thigh, which is delicious and can be eaten in moderation without disturbing the results of your weight loss process. 1. Low carb thigh with 4 ingredients

Ingredients

  • 300 g of cooked and shredded chicken
  • 3 tablespoons cream cheese
  • Egg yolks and grated cheese for bread-making

How to prepare

  1. Shred the chicken, add the cream cheese and mix well;
  2. With the help of a spoon, take small portions and model in the shape of a thigh;
  3. Take it to the freezer for 15 minutes;
  4. After that time, dip your thighs in the egg yolks and grated cheese;
  5. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

2. Low carb thigh with cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of shredded chicken
  • 4 cups of boiled and chopped cauliflower

How to prepare

3. Low carb drumstick with cauliflower and egg whites

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower (only the florets)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 100 g of chicken
  • 2 clear
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 400 g shredded and seasoned chicken (cooked, for the filling)
  • 100 g of your favourite cheese curd for the filling
  • 100 g of golden flaxseed flour for bread-making
  • 2 yolks to empanize

How to prepare

  1. Cook the cauliflower florets with the clove of garlic until soft and reserve in a bowl;
  2. In a blender or processor, place the cooked cauliflower, the chicken and add a pinch of salt and pepper. Beat until it has a texture close to that of a puree;
  3. Place the mixture in a bowl, add the egg whites and stir well until it turns into a dough;
  4. Transfer the pasta to a clean dishcloth and, on top of another bowl, squeeze the liquids out of the pasta well, trying to leave as dry as possible;
  5. Line a board with pieces of plastic film, one for each little thigh you assemble. Open the dough on top of the plastic film until it is in disk format. At the base of the drumstick, add the cheese and the chicken. Join the ends of the plastic film while you model the drumstick in your hand, remove the plastic, cover the filling and don’t forget to do the tip;
  6. On a shallow plate, put the flour for the empanado. Leave a cumbuca nearby with the yolks. Take the thigh, pass the yolk and then the flour;

6. Low carb thigh with ricotta cream

Ingredients

  • 1 thread of oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Parsley and chives to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
  • 60 g ricotta cream
  • 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 50 g linseed flour

How to prepare

  1. Put the olive oil and garlic in a pressure cooker and let it brown;
  2. Add the chicken;
  3. Stir and let the chicken « seal » in the pot;
  4. Put the spices on;
  5. Put some water on it until it covers the chicken;
  6. Cover the pan and wait 25 to 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked;
  7. Put the chicken in a bowl and add ricotta, stirring until it is homogeneous;
  8. In another bowl, place the grated Parmesan cheese and the linseed flour;
  9. Pattern the thighs, grease the hand a little with the olive oil and grease the thighs with flour and grated cheese;
  10. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

How to prepare

  1. Season the chicken breast with lemon, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic and rosemary. Leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes;
  2. In the pressure cooker, put olive oil and take the chicken breast to brown. Add 1 onion, chopped roughly, 2 cloves of garlic, salt and pepper. After browning, add 1 liter of water and let it cook under pressure for 20 minutes;
  3. Remove the pressure and reserve the broth for future preparations. Shake the pan with the chicken still hot to shred;
  4. Remove and mix the raw chopped onion, green smell and garlic. Adjust the salt and pepper and mix the cream cheese until it forms a light and firm paste;
  5. Pass in the linseed flour and bake for about 30 minutes in an oven already heated to 180 degrees.

8. Low carb thigh with eggplant flour

Ingredients

  • 100 g chicken breast
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese or curd cheese
  • 1 tablespoon (generous) of aubergine flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Golden flaxseed flour for breadmaking

How to prepare

  1. Put the chicken in a container and mix with the egg and salt;
  2. Add the eggplant flour little by little, add the cream cheese and stir until it’s sour;
  3. Grease a shape;
  4. Make a little ball and a little hole in the dough to put the filling;
  5. Place the chicken and cream cheese, roll up leaving the tip and wrap in linseed flour;
  6. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

9. Low carb sweet potato thigh

  • 1 large sweet potato
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of chia
  • Golden flaxseed flour for breadmaking
  • 200 g chicken filet or chicken breast
  • Spices to taste
  • 1/2 onion, chopped

  • 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce

How to prepare

  1. Cook the sweet potato until it’s well dried, and add the chia;

10. Low carb vegetarian palm heart thigh

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of palm heart
  • 5 tablespoons of curd cheese
  • Spices to taste
  • 3/4 cup grated cheese
  • 3/4 cup linseed flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 4 tablespoons of amendment flour

How to prepare

  1. Mix the palm heart, the curd cheese, the oatmeal and the seasonings and model it in the shape of a drumstick;
  2. Take them to the oven for 15 minutes so they’re firm to bread;
  3. In another container, place the grated cheese, the linseed flour, the coconut flour and mix everything to form the flour that you are going to bread the drumstick;
