Directions

  1. Preheat oven between 180º to 230º C for 10 to 15 minutes;
  2. Meanwhile, add in a blender the eggs, 200 g chopped or grated mozzarella, milk, oil and salt. Mix until the cheese is well ground;
  3. Transfer the liquid to a bowl and add the tapioca powder little by little. If your blender is powerful, this step can be done in it;
  4. As soon as the texture is homogeneous, incorporate the baking powder;
  5. Grease with oil a 23-cm diameter, 8-cm deep, hole-in-the-middle baking pan;
  6. Add the dough in the pan. Then top with the remaining grated mozzarella;
  7. Bake in oven for about 30 minutes. The point is when the topping is nicely browned;

  4. Next, add the mozzarella and stir. Then incorporate the yeast;
  5. Transfer the dough into an oil-greased 22-cm diameter hole-in-the-half pan;
  6. Bake for about 50 minutes or until cake is golden brown;
  7. Cover with a cloth until the cheesecake has cooled. Unmold.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup oil or olive oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 /12 cups sour cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 100 g turkey breast
  • 100 g mozzarella
  • Parmesan for sprinkling

  1. Add in a blender the oil or olive oil, the eggs, the milk, the parmesan, the tapioca flour, the yeast and the salt. Mix well;
  2. Grease a baking pan with olive oil. Assemble in layers in the following order: pasta, turkey breast, mozzarella, pasta, turkey breast, mozzarella, pasta and parmesan;
  3. Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees C for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
