Ingredients
200 g of Famiglia Venturelli wheat flour;
1 egg;
1 cup (tea) of sugar;
3 tablespoons of butter;
1 tablespoon of yeast;
Filling
1 can of condensed milk;
1 box of cream;
2 milk cans (measurement of the condensed milk can);
2 yolks;
2 tablespoons of cornstarch;
1 spoon (coffee) of vanilla essence;
Method of preparation
Pasta
Place all ingredients in a container. Mix with a fork, forming a crumb
Filling
Dissolve all ingredients well, outside the fire.
Place over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Once removed from the heat, give a thermal shock, placing the pan in a bowl with ice water and ice (to help with the cooling process)
Mounting
Line the bottom with a removable rim shape, with a part of the crumb (no need to put it on the side).
Put the cold cream on top, and cover with the rest of the crumbs. Place in a preheated oven at 180º C, average oven time of 35 minutes, or until the top is golden and firm.
Serve only when it’s cold.
