Ingredients
1 can of green corn without water;
1 can of milk;
1 can of sugar;
1 can of pre-cooked flakes of corn flour;
½ can of oil;
3 whole eggs;
3 tablespoons of wheat flour Familia Venturelli;
1 cup (250ml) of creamy curd;
1 tablespoon of baking powder;
Preparation mode
Beat the corn, milk, sugar, cornmeal, oil and eggs in a blender.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and gently mix the flour and yeast.
Grease a central hole pan with butter and flour.
After distributing the dough in the form, place the curd in spoonfuls.
Bake for approximately 50 minutes in a medium oven.
