3 tablespoons of biological yeast;
1 tablespoon of salt;
1 tablespoon of sugar;
3 eggs;
1 and ½ cup of milk;
¾ cup of (tea) of olive oil;
1 tablespoon of margarine;
4 crushed garlic cloves;
½ red pepper;
3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese;
1 spoon (dessert) of oregano;
Chopped salad to taste;
1 packet of wheat flour Famiglia Venturelli 1 kg;
Flaked garlic to sprinkle over the bread;

Preparation mode

Beat all the ingredients in a blender and pour into a bowl and gradually add the wheat flour, mixing well until it becomes a very soft dough.

Shape the loaves in the desired format.

Let it rise brush with egg yolk sprinkled with garlic flakes and bake in a preheated oven for approximately 40 minutes.
