1 kg of fish fillet (your choice, we suggest hake or hake);
1 cup and 1/2 of Famiglia Venturelli wheat flour
1 cup of breadcrumbs
2 eggs
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 lemon
oil to grease

Method of preparation

Start by seasoning the fillet with black pepper, salt and lemon. Wait 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a deep dish, place the Famiglia Venturelli all-purpose flour and the breadcrumbs and mix them together.

In another dish, break the two eggs and beat them. Pass the fillet on the flour plate first, then on the egg plate and pass it over the flour plate once more. Place the fillets on a lightly oiled baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ºC for approximately 20 minutes, or until golden. Then just call the family and enjoy this delicious and crunchy breaded fish fillet. Makes 10 servings!
