1 liter of milk;
2 tablespoons of margarine;
1 tablespoon of salt;
1k packet of wheat flour Familia Venturelli;
600g of ground beef;
Salt, onion, garlic, tomato and green smell to taste;
Sauté the ground beef with all the spices and set aside;
1 cup of milk;
1 cup of (tea) water;
Bring the milk to a boil with the margarine and salt.
Pour over the flour, wait for it to cool.
Mix well to form a smooth dough.
