60g of unsalted butter at room temperature;
1 and 1/2 cup sugar;
3 eggs;
1/2 cup of milk;
1 and 1/4 cup Familia Venturelli whole wheat flour;
1 cup rolled oats;
1 tablespoon of baking powder;

Method of preparation
In a sieve and flour and yeast container.
Using an electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar until smooth.
Then just add the eggs and beat until it becomes a lighter cream.
Afterwards, add the milk and mix well.
Finally, add the dry mixture into three parts, mixing well with a spatula, but without mixing (along with the dry ones you must add any other elements you want).
Bake at 180ºC for about 35 minutes or until you stick your cake with a toothpick and it comes out clean.
