Homemade dulce de leche easy, with creamy texture and that melts in the mouth? If you want to learn, check out these 8 recipes that take few ingredients and are perfect for any moment!

1. Dulce de leche with condensed milk

Ingredients

  • 2 cans of condensed milk
  • Hot water to cover the cans
  • 2 tablespoons strained lemon juice
  • Ice and ice water

Directions

  1. Take the cans of condensed milk, remove the packages, scrape off with a knife the glue that remains and wash them well;
  2. Cut a piece of aluminum foil and wrap the cans, wrapping completely;
  3. In a pressure cooker, place the cans in a lying position and fill with water until a finger or two passes through;
  4. Add in the water the lemon juice so that the pan does not turn black. Cover the pressure cooker, turning on high heat;
  5. As soon as it comes to pressure, switch to medium heat. Between 15 and 20 minutes, the result is a light, soft dulce de leche. Between 30 and 35 minutes, the result is a dulce de leche with a medium texture and color, and between 45 and 50 minutes it is very dark and firm;
  6. After waiting the desired time, remove from heat and only open the pan after the pressure is off;
  7. When you open the pot, line it with ice and water to speed up the cooling process. Once cooled on the outside, remove the aluminum foil from the cans, leave on the ices, in the refrigerator or freezer until the dulce de leche is cooled;
  8. Finally, just open and enjoy this perfect candy!

2. Cut milk jam with 2 ingredients

Ingredients

  • 1, 5 liters of milk
  • 3 cups sugar

Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, place the milk and sugar. Turn on high heat, stirring until boiling;
  2. When it comes to a boil, change to medium heat. As soon as it starts to get darker, keep stirring for 1 hour and 30 minutes;
  3. Transfer to a buttered baking dish and spread out;
  4. Wait to cool a little, and when the top forms a little shell, cut;
  5. After it has cooled completely, just enjoy!

3. Cut milk jam

Ingredients

  • 275 ml water
  • 400 g powdered milk
  • 1 kg caster sugar

Directions

  1. In a saucepan and with the fire off, place the water, powdered milk and sugar;
  2. Mix together and turn on medium heat, stirring constantly;
  3. After about 20 minutes, it will become more brownish in color;
  4. Remove from heat and continue stirring for 10 minutes to cool the candy;
  5. Pour into a greased baking pan and spread well;
  6. Before it hardens completely, cut into squares, and after 10 minutes unmold.

4. Dulce de leche with caramel and butter

Ingredients

  • ½ kg refined sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 2 cups Nest Milk

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, place the sugar, butter and milk;
  2. Stir and turn on the fire, continue stirring until it is thickened from the bottom of the pan;
  3. With the fire low, add the leite ninho and mix;
  4. Increase heat to high and stir until it is thickened from the bottom of the pan again;
  5. Transfer to a buttered baking dish and refrigerate to cool;

5. Homemade condensed milk jam without pressure

Ingredients

  2. Spread the sugar before it begins to melt. As the sugar melts, mix together;
  3. While the sugar is melting, take a cup of the boiling water and put the butter in it to melt;
  4. As soon as the sugar turns to a caramel, add the hot water with the butter;
  5. Remain over medium heat and mix gradually. When it begins to bubble well, add the condensed milk;
  6. Stir until it clumps from the bottom of the pan, then transfer to a container. Wait for it to cool and serve your supercreamy dulce de leche!

6. Homemade dulce de leche from the countryside

Ingredients

  • 3 liters of milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1.5 kg sugar

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, place the milk, pinch of salt, and sugar. Stir and turn on high heat;
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring from time to time;
  3. When it is bubbling, keep stirring until it reaches amber coloration;
  4. Then remove from heat to cool. Once cooled, transfer to jars and you’re done!

7. Homemade creamy dulce de leche

Ingredients

  • 1 liter of whole milk
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, place the milk, sugar and pinch of salt;
  2. Bring to a boil over a high heat, and leave until boiling;
  3. Started to boil, lower the heat and add the baking soda;
  4. Remain over low heat and stir occasionally, scraping down the sides and bottom of the pan;
  5. After about 1 hour of this process, stir without stopping for about 15 minutes;
  6. Your dulce de leche will become more caramelized in color and have a supercreamy texture, for you to preserve it in a glass jar.

8. Homemade dulce de leche with chocolate

Ingredients

  • 100 g butter or margarine
  • 1 ½ cup sugar
  • 400 g powdered milk
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons powdered chocolate
  • Powdered milk for sprinkling

Directions

  1. In a saucepan, place the butter and sugar. Stir and add the powdered milk;
  2. Add the milk and stir until well incorporated;
  3. Turn on to medium heat and stir constantly until smooth from bottom of pan;
  4. Separate the dough into two bowls. In one, place the powdered chocolate;
  5. Take a buttered baking dish and add the part without the chocolate, spreading it well;
  6. Then make a layer with the part with chocolate;
  7. Place in the refrigerator to harden. Then cut into squares and sprinkle powdered milk on top!
