Ingredients
400g of Familia Venturelli wheat flour;
250g hydrogenated vegetable fat;
250g of sugar;
Guava paste;
Method of preparation
Place the flour, fat and sugar in a bowl.
Knead until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Work making balls and place them on a baking sheet without greasing them, giving them space to grow.
Make a hole in each ball. Place a small square of guava in each hole.
Take it to bake in a preheated low oven until they are firm without letting them brown.
