1 tablespoon of sugar;
1 glass of warm milk (250ml);
¾ cups of wheat flour Familia Venturelli;
1 teaspoon of salt;
Mix everything and let it rise;

Preparation mode

Mix all the ingredients of the dough by kneading well with the ingredients of the fermentation, until it is soft. Divide the dough into 2 parts

1st part: Open the dough, place the chocolate powder wrapping with the dough so that it is mixed, open the dough with a rolling pin and add milk chocolate. Reserve.

2nd part: put the cinnamon powder, wrap it in the dough and place the white chocolate. Roll the two parts together like a roll, put them together and put them in the pan. Let it rise, brush with the egg and bake for approximately 30 minutes.
