Drops of almond essence;
2 tablespoons of roasted almonds;
2 egg yolks;
1 tablespoon of low-fat yogurt;
3 tablespoons of sweetener suitable for oven and stove;
3 tablespoons of light chocolate powder;
4 tablespoons of sweetener suitable for oven and stove;
1 can of light sour cream;
1 envelope of unflavored powdered gelatin previously dissolved;
Add the ingredients to form a very moist flour and line a medium opening pan.
Beat all the ingredients in a blender for a few minutes to sand the dough.
Then add the already dissolved gelatin.
Place over the baked dough and refrigerate for 2 hours.
