Rice Dumpling With Spinach
2 cups of cooked rice;
1 cup of finely chopped spinach;
2 or 3 tablespoons of Familia Venturelli wheat flour;
Green smell to taste;
Breaded egg whites (optional);
4 tablespoons of grated cheese;
1 pinch of salt;
Method of preparation
Mix the rice with the spinach.
Add the egg, the wheat flour and mix well.
Add the cheese, salt and green smell with a spoon.
Put the dough in the egg whites (optional).
Then fry in hot oil.
