2 cups of tea;
3 cups of wheat flour Familia Venturelli;
4 tablespoons of margarine;
1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk;
1 tablespoon well filled with baking powder;
Beat the egg whites and set aside.
Mix the margarine, sugar and egg yolks until you get a homogeneous mass.
Without stopping to beat, add the wheat flour and milk little by little.
Finally, add the egg whites and baking powder.
In a large pan with a greased and floured central hole, pour the dough.
Bake in a medium oven at 180ºC for approximately 40 minutes and your simple cake will be ready.
Serve with a cup of coffee!
