Ingredients

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup Familia Venturelli wheat flour;
2 cups of water tea;
4 eggs;
1/2 cup of oil;
1/2 cup of cornmeal tea;
1/2 cup of cornstarch tea;
1 tablespoon of baking powder;
1 shallow coffee spoon of salt;

Filling:

1 can of drained corn;
1 can of drained pea;
1 cup of boiled and grated carrot tea;
1/2 cup of chopped olives;
1 chopped tomato;
1/2 cup of green scented tea (scallions, cilantro, as you prefer);
Salt to taste;

Method of preparation

Mix all the stuffing ingredients together and set aside. Beat all dough ingredients in a blender.

Pour half of the batter into a rectangular shape, distribute the filling and then the rest of the batter on top. Bake for 40 minutes over medium heat

Tips: You can substitute 1 cup of water for plain yogurt. You can also use broccoli and other vegetables of your own.
