8 grams Lemon juice
Method of preparation:
In a medium saucepan, place the fresh cream and bring to the fire, let it warm until it starts to boil and the first bubbles rise.
Add the lemon juice and stir gently for 5 minutes over low heat.
Turn off the heat and let your mixture rest for about 20 minutes.
