1. Baked fish simple

Ingredients

  • 1 whole fish (snapper)
  • Salt
  • Rosemary
  • 1 sprig of thyme
  • 1 sprig of sage
  • 1 sprig of coriander
  • 2 Sicilian lemons
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Place the fish in a baking pan;
  2. In an oven preheated to 250 degrees, cook the fish for no more than 15 minutes;
  3. Let the fish rest for about five minutes after taking it out of the oven.

2. Baked fish with sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons tomato extract
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 squeezed lemon
  • Saffron to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 kg fish
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • Cream to taste
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • Green pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, place the tomato paste, ketchup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, saffron, paprika, mustard, salt and mix;
  2. In another bowl, place the fish, garlic, and the cream we prepared previously. Mix well with the help of the hands;
  3. Let the fish marinate in the seasoning for 10 minutes;
  4. In a baking pan, put a little cream in the bottom of the pan and spread with a spoon;
  5. In this same form, place the onion slices, the bell pepper and the fish;
  6. Pour the remaining sauce over the fish;
  7. Cover the pan with aluminum foil;
  8. Bake the fish in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes;

  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.

4. Baked fish with onions and bell peppers

Ingredients

  • 4 large garlic cloves
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasoning mix pepper lemon or other of your choice
  • 2 lemons
  • Chheiro-verde to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 kg fish
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 bell peppers
  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Place the crushed garlic, salt, seasoning mix, lemon and the green smell, mix and set aside;
  2. Make cuts horizontally about a finger’s width in the fish;
  3. In a baking pan, place the onion and bell pepper so that the fish will not stick;
  4. Open the fish and add more onion and bell pepper;
  5. On top of the fish, put the seasoning you prepared at the beginning. Turn the fish over and do the same process;
  6. Place aluminum foil on top;
  7. In an oven preheated to 180 degrees, take the fish to cook for 30 to 40 minutes. After that, remove the foil, pour some olive oil over the fish and let it brown for a few minutes more.

5. Baked fish with potatoes and tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Salt to taste
  • 4 cloves crushed garlic
  • Juice of 1 medium lemon
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 400 grams of tilapia fillets
  • 2 medium onions
  • 2 medium size red tomatoes
  • 6 medium potatoes
  • 1 large green pepper (optional)
  • Chives and parsley to taste
  • Olive oil to taste

Directions

  1. Place the garlic in the lemon juice. Then add the salt and pepper and mix well;
  2. On the pieces of fish, rub the seasoning you have prepared and let it marinate for a few minutes;
  3. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix together the vegetables, spring onion, and parsley;
  4. Cook the potatoes and set aside;
  5. In medium baking dish, line with foil and place some of the vegetables, potatoes, fish and cover with remaining vegetables;
  6. To finish, put olive oil on top and cover with aluminum foil;
  7. Bake in a 200 degree oven for 30 minutes.

6. Baked fish in salt crust

Ingredients

  • Rosemary
  • Thyme
  • Black pepper
  • Coarse salt
  • Mullet

Directions

  1. Chop the herbs and pepper and mix with the coarse salt;
  2. Gradually add a little water and mix with your hand until it forms a dough;
  3. In a baking pan, spread half the mixture, lining the form;
  4. Place the fish on top of this mixture, inserting a little thyme and salt inside the fish;
  5. Cover the fish with salt and bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.

7. Baked fish with bacon

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup olives
  • 1 sachet of seasoning
  • 2 cups manioc flour
  • Salt to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 whole fish
  • 200 g bacon
  • Black pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a pan, we will prepare the farofa that accompanies the fish. Put the butter and onion and fry until golden brown;
  2. Add the paprika, the olives, and the seasoning. Stir well and add the manioc flour and salt. Stir again and set aside;
  3. In another bowl, place the lemon juice, garlic, vinegar, salt and black pepper. Stir well;
  4. In another vessel, which will be used for baking the fish, spread the seasoning we have just prepared over the fish;
  5. Place a little of the farofa inside the fish;
  6. In a pan lined with aluminum foil, place the fish inside and place bacon on top, rolling the fish.
  7. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

8. Baked fish on the barbecue

Ingredients

  • 1 fish
  • Salt to taste
  • 10 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 onion, grated
  • Soy sauce to taste
  • 1 pinch of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of alcohol vinegar
  • 1 cup water

Directions

  1. Clean the fish, with it closed, make cuts horizontally and set aside;
  2. For seasoning, use salt, garlic, onion, shoyu, olive oil, vinegar and water and stir well;
  3. Put a little of the seasoning inside the fish and around it as well;
  4. Bake on a grill for about two to three hours, but every 10 minutes turn the fish over until golden brown on both sides.

9. Barbecued Fish

  • 3 lemons
  • Chili pepper to taste
  • 4 cloves crushed garlic
  • Calabrian pepper to taste
  • Rosemary
  • Scented green to taste
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 fish
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. In a bowl, make a spice mix using the lemons, chiles and garlic. Set aside;

  • 1 small grated carrot
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup manioc flour
  • Chheiro-verde to taste
  • A pinch of olive oil

Directions

  1. With the fish already cleaned, make small horizontal cuts;
  2. Place salt, garlic, black pepper and lemon juice over fish. Set aside for 15 minutes;
  3. In a frying pan, for the preparation of the farofa, put the bacon and fry with its fat. Place in another pan and set aside;
  4. In the same frying pan, put the butter, the onion, the green pepper, the carrot, the tomato, the salt and the black pepper and saute for one minute;
  5. Add the manioc flour, stir well. Then add the bacon and stir again;
  6. Add green smell and mix again;
  7. Stuff the fish with the farofa and, with the help of toothpicks, close it;
  8. Grease a baking pan, pour olive oil over the fish, and line with aluminum foil;
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
